1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PickUpShi's services, website, or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
PickUpShi operates a PUDO (Pick Up Drop Off) network providing:
- Package pickup and drop-off services
- Package tracking and notifications
- Secure storage at partner locations
- Returns management services
3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration
You must create an account to use certain features. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current information
- Maintain security of your password
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
3.2 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Ship prohibited, illegal, or dangerous items
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Interfere with service operations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access
- Use services for fraudulent purposes
- Harass PUDO location staff
5. Prohibited Items
The following items cannot be shipped through our network:
- Weapons, explosives, or ammunition
- Hazardous materials or chemicals
- Illegal drugs or substances
- Live animals
- Perishable goods without prior approval
- Counterfeit goods
- Items exceeding size/weight limits
6. Pricing and Payment
6.1 Fees
Current pricing is available at pickupshi.ge/pricing. We reserve the right to change fees with 30 days notice.
6.2 Payment Terms
- Payment due at time of service
- Subscription fees billed monthly/annually
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
- Refunds subject to our refund policy
7. Package Handling
7.1 Hold Period
Packages are held according to your plan (48 hours to 7 days). Unclaimed packages will be returned to sender.
7.2 Identification Required
Valid government-issued ID required for package pickup.
7.3 Inspection Rights
We reserve the right to inspect packages if prohibited items are suspected.
8. Liability and Insurance
8.1 Limited Liability
Our liability is limited to the declared value or insurance coverage purchased, up to maximum limits per plan.
8.2 Exclusions
We are not liable for:
- Loss due to prohibited items
- Damage from inadequate packaging
- Delays beyond our control (force majeure)
- Loss of business or consequential damages
9. Cancellation and Refunds
- Subscription cancellations: 30-day notice required
- No refunds for partial subscription periods
- Service fees non-refundable once package accepted
- Refunds processed within 14 business days
10. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and data on our platforms are our property or licensed to us. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your data. By using our services, you consent to our privacy practices.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for:
- Violation of these terms
- Fraudulent activity
- Non-payment
- Abusive behavior toward staff
13. Disclaimers
SERVICES PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE SERVICE.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of services or violation of these terms.
16. Dispute Resolution
16.1 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia.
16.2 Arbitration
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except as prohibited by law.
17. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes.
