Operations Coordinator

Coordinate daily network operations and help partner points deliver a reliable pickup experience.

Overview

Operations is where PickUpShi becomes physical: partner points, package handoffs, support loops, and service quality all meet here.

You will help keep the network running day to day while improving the processes that let it scale across the city.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily activity across partner points and internal teams.
Track service quality, package handoff issues, and recurring operational blockers.
Support new partner onboarding and help document repeatable processes.
Work with product and support teams to turn operational friction into better tooling.

Requirements

Experience in operations, logistics, retail operations, or customer-facing coordination.
Strong communication and follow-through.
Comfort working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and practical process documentation.
Calm problem-solving when several moving parts need attention at once.

Nice to have

Experience with last-mile delivery, PUDO, ecommerce, or marketplace operations.
Georgian and English working proficiency.
